The making of 2023 DLW New Year’s Programme does not involve the participation of the officials – namely: Seasun Games, Bilibili Games, and Bilibili HK Limited.
However, our authorisation to use in-game contents is obtained under the license and grounds of 2022’s programme, as these either are indefinite or the finite legitimacy has not yet passed.
